Banker Golf Scorer — Terms of Use

Agreement

By downloading or using Banker Golf Scorer ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms govern matters specific to this app.

Subscription

Banker is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID — there is no free tier or trial. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in the Settings app under your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What the app is

The app is a scorekeeping and arithmetic tool for a wagering game played among friends. It records scores you enter and calculates who owes what under the rules your group chooses. It does not process, hold, transfer, or facilitate any payment between players — settling up is entirely between you and the people you are playing with.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you play. Do not use the app for anything unlawful.

Your content

Scores, player names, courses, and rounds you enter belong to you. If you use an account, we store this data to sync it across your devices; see the privacy policy. You can delete your account and all associated rounds from within the app at any time.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to get the math right — the scoring engine is extensively tested — but we do not guarantee the app is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any disputed bet, miscalculated settlement, or other loss arising from its use. Check the numbers before money changes hands.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
