What we collect

Banker Golf Scorer works without an account; in that case everything you enter (player names, handicaps, scores, bets) stays on your device. If you create an account, we collect your email address, a display name, and the rounds you save (courses played, players' names as you entered them, scores, and money results).

How it's stored and used

Account data and saved rounds are stored with our database provider (Supabase) solely to provide the app's features: signing you in, keeping your round history, and letting players you share a round code with view that round's live summary. Round codes are random and only reveal the round they belong to.

Subscriptions

The Banker subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple processes the payment — we never see or store your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active; it receives an anonymous device identifier (and, if you are signed in, your account ID) along with the purchase receipt Apple issues. That is used only to unlock the app on your devices.

Scorecard photos

If you use the scorecard scanner, the photo is sent to our server and on to Anthropic's Claude API to read the par and handicap rows. Photos are processed to extract those numbers and are not stored by us or used to train any model. Point the camera at the scorecard rather than at people.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, show ads, use third-party trackers or analytics, or collect your location.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual rounds, or delete your entire account and all of its data, at any time from the Account screen in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
